As well as local project managers we also have a rigid system of quality assurance in place in India. This covers everything from recruitment and training through to quality checks and management processes.
ISO 9001:2008
We take quality assurance so seriously that we have been through the thorough process of ISO 9001 accreditation. This involved gap analysis, employee training, system documentation, internal audits, an external audit and a commitment to continually improving our quality management system.
