Project Description
Vulcan Wharf redevelops two strategic sites in the emerging Pudding Mill neighbourhood into one cohesive ‘co-location’ development of 457 new homes above flexible light industrial and market spaces.
The new homes sit above the podium, separated visually and acoustically by a generous, inclusive and flexible shared landscaped garden for all residents. The mix of employment and residential use fulfils the community planning aspirations for the site, while the architectural quality of the design harmoniously co-locates industrial and residential uses, creating jobs and much-needed new homes.
CADS carried out Design of Pile cap Foundation, RC Columns, RC Stability walls and Slabs for Block-F and Design of Superstructure Slabs for Blocks A – E.
