Project Description
The Development of Tavistock Gardens provides residential accommodation in 10 buildings ranging from four to seven storeys above the ground level together with a single level basement for parking and ancillary use. Landscape and amenity space is distributed across the ground floor, 1st floor, podium levels, selected roof levels, private balcony & terraces. The structural system consists of reinforced concrete frames integrated with flat slabs, RC shear walls & core walls.
CADS carried out Finite element Modelling, Pile loads, Stability check and Design of Pile cap Foundation, RC Columns, RC Stability walls, Slabs and Staircase for entire project.
