Project Description
Seasprite close Block A&B comprises of G+7 floors providing residential accommodation. The site is located in Northolt, London. The building is of flat slab RC frame construction with pile/pile cap foundation system. Stability is generally provided by shear walls and core walls around the stair & lift area. The building is designed to Euro codes with UK Annexes.
CADS was appointed for the project at RIBA stage-4 and carried out Finite element Modelling, Pile loads, Stability check and Design of Pile cap Foundation, RC Columns, RC Stability walls, Slabs and Staircase for entire project.
