Project Description
Located in the heart of Rochester historical centre, the riverside development will offer 1,400 new homes, a new community based primary school, nursery, hotels, bar and restaurant, gym, healthcare facilities and a number of retail units, together with 4 hectares of open space including a 2.5km river side walkway.
CADS carried out Finite element Modelling, Pile loads, Stability check and Design of Pile cap Foundation, RC Columns, RC Stability walls, Slabs and Staircase for entire project.
