Project Description
Mica Mall, a shopping and entertainment complex, is being constructed in one of the most appropriate tourist spots of astonishing Kish Island, Iran, in a plot of land measuring 35,000 m2. The area under construction covers 190,000 m2 featuring seven floors including two roofed parking levels with the capacity of over 1,000 vehicles, five floors established for trading and entertaining usage.
The building is designed for the seismic zone 3 region as per UBC 97 standards. A Structurally challenging project in which large spanning bays in entertainment areas are designed efficiently to meet the architectural requirements.
CADS carried out Complete analysis and Structural design for all 7 blocks .
