Project Description
Merrick Place site immediately south of Southall railway station is to provide 571 housing units and 2,400m2 of commercial space. The scheme consists of four towers rising to 15-23 storeys. The foundation is pile / pile cap system including a 2.4m deep raft. In these buildings, the cladding panels are supported by the columns instead of RC floor slabs.
CADS carried out Finite element Modelling, Pile loads, Stability check and Design of Pile cap Foundation, RC Columns, RC Stability walls, Slabs and Staircase for entire project.
