Project Description
A residential building comprises of 11 floors and 2 basement levels. A transfer structure on the ground floor enables 2 levels of basement used predominantly for car parking. The RC frame building with rectangular columns supporting a flat slab construction is given stability by the walls in the two main lift cores.
CADS was appointed for the project at RIBA stage-4 and carried out Finite element Modelling, Pile loads, Stability check and Design of Pile cap Foundation, RC Columns, RC Stability walls, Slabs and Staircase for entire project.
