Project Description
Hallsville Quarter is the development of structural design for 3 residential towers with the tallest tower consisting of 18 stories. The structural system is made of reinforced concrete frames with more of the internal walls than a traditional frame for support to produce a structurally efficient solution.
CADS was appointed for the project at RIBA stage-4 and carried out Finite element Modelling, Pile loads, Stability check and Design of Pile cap Foundation, RC Columns, RC Stability walls, Slabs and Staircase for entire project.
