Project Description
Based at a former Ford Dagenham site, this challenging brown field site, located within Flood Zone 3, will be regenerated to form a new community which will include 3000 new homes, a new railway station, two new schools, medical centre, commercial and leisure facilities and public space, which includes a new three hectare park in the centre of the development. The proposed Beam Park station is located on the C2C line and will significantly enhance the area’s direct links into Central London.
CADS carried out Design of Pile cap Foundation, RC Columns, RC Stability walls, Slabs and Staircase for all 14 blocks.
