Project Description
Loughborough, Phase 2 – Block B&C1 located in Lambeth, South London. The building comprise of G+7 floors & G+4 floors respectively. All are of residential accommodation, made as RC framed structure with rectangular columns supporting flat slab construction and stability is provided by walls to the stair and lift cores. The building is designed to British Standards.
CADS was appointed for the project at RIBA stage-4 and carried out Finite element Modelling, Pile loads, Stability check and Design of Pile cap Foundation, RC Columns, RC Stability walls, Slabs and Staircase for entire project.
